Managing Orders and Refunds

To cancel or refund your order, you need to request the merchant that you initially shopped from to process a refund/cancellation request.

The merchant will then update your information and our system, which will then automatically check and adjust your instalment payments and process any refunds owing to you.

As you can understand, we are a payment platform and do not know of the specific arrangements between you and the merchant.

Please make sure you reach out to them ASAP, as we are unable to stop payments (including late fees) unless they put through a request through our system.

Where is my order?

We are a payment processing platform and do not have specific information about your order.

If you wish to enquire about the status of your order or to make changes to your order, you will need to contact the merchant that you purchased the goods from.

Can I make a manual payment?

Log in to the Pay It Later app and click on “Currently Owe”, from there you can tick which instalments you want to manually pay, and choose your payment method. Confirm the payment via the button at the bottom.

I need help paying off my order

We do offer our Shoppers the option of a new payment plan when they are experiencing financial difficulties.

We charge Shoppers a payment plan fee of $10, which will be paid as a new instalment due at the end of their payment plan.

The new payment plan can move a Shopper’s next payment back by up to two weeks, and pay off the instalments either weekly or fortnightly.

If you wish to have a payment plan made, get in touch with our friendly customer service staff at support@payitlater.com.au.

I want to move my next payment

We can do that but we do charge a fee of $10 to move payments.

This is because in order to move a payment we do have to move all payments.

We do give shoppers the option of paying instalments fortnightly to justify this fee.
