Merchant Fees

Pay It Later fees payable by Merchants are set out below.

Fee charged to Merchant per order placed:

• from 5.9% of transaction value + $1.90 flat fee (As Agreed)

Fee charged to Shopper per order placed:

• 0.0% + $0 (no fees for order placed)

Fee charged to buyer for missed repayment:

• 24 hours after repayment due: $10.00
• 7 days after repayment due: $10.00
