PayItLater is a “Buy It Now, Pay It Later” payment platform for Australian e-commerce stores. If this appears on your credit card statement, this is a charge from us.
We arrange with the seller to post your items as soon as you purchase them. We then collect payment instalments from you over time.
If you see “PENDING – PAYITLATER” on your credit card statement or bank debit card statement, this is a charge from us, associated with a payment instalment plan.
If you do not remember placing the order, you should check for an email from PayItLater with a subject line of “Order Placed Successfully”.
Inside will be details about your order, and the Payment Schedule we will use to process payments from you.
For each order, we charge your credit card at 14 day intervals until the balance is settled.
Why is it pending?
The charge may stay as ‘PENDING’ on your credit card statement for a few days while the payment is processed.
If we initiated processing successfully on or before your due date, no late fees will be applied for this instalment.
